I really feel uncomfortable
When you have to go away,

As I travel through my day.
I wonder where you are

Or at times if you are blue.
I know you have to travel
It's part of the job you do,
But I find it rather difficult
And I find I am missing you.
Please write - even just a short note
To let me know you are well,
And I shall cherish your letter
Which I am sure that you can tell.
Tell me where you have been,
The scenes and the sights at night,
Tell me about the people you've met
Tell me what's happening - JUST WRITE.
