1. Websets are to be used on family-friendly, kid-safe sites. No pornography, hate sites, etc. This applies to all the sets on my site.

2. If you belong to any group or blog where I have to join just to see your site, please do not request or download any of my websets.

3. Your website must be in English or have an English version.

4. The sets are created to work together, so mixing them with other sets will not work and/or look good. Graphics are to be used as is, although you do not have to use each graphic in the set and you are welcome to use different layouts. No resizing, recoloring, etc. of the graphics are permitted.

5. My graphics are not to be redistributed in any way, with one exception (see below). This means you cannot get a set, whether free or purchased, and offer it from your website as your own or sell it.

If you are a webdesigner, you may purchase a set to design for others using the "Purchase" button. I still require a link back to my site with either the logo button provided or a working text link. Reselling the webset I created is still prohibited.

6. My graphics are not to be redistributed on Ebay OR used/re-created as auction templates.

7. Each set has a logo to link back to my site. You are welcome to use a text link only if you'd like, but it must be a working link back to the main page at Lavender Graphics. This means that someone must be able to click on the logo or text that will bring them to Lavender Graphics.

8. Do not break the sets up and use parts of a set in emails or as avatars, banners, linkies, etc. The sets are for internet websites only.

9. When linking back to my site, link it back to the front page at: http://lavendergraphics.com/ only, not the individual page. Why? Because if I change the name of that particular page, they won't find it. It's easier and much better to make any link go to the front page unless requested by the website owner.

10. Poems on some websets were created especially for Lavender Graphics and are for added enjoyment and are not included when you download or purchase a webset. However, if you would like to use the poem, you must email Linda at The Pages of Avalon for her permission. Please include your URL for her to visit.

11. Please look for additional terms or information on each individual webset page.
